Autodesk AiR Residency - Methodology, Machinery and Materials for Printing Circuits on Textiles

During a 4 month residency at Autodesk's Pier 9, I worked on developing machinery, materials and methods for printing circuits onto textiles. Inspired by the idea of textiles that past a standard multimeter continuity test, I decided to name the project Kontinuum Cloth.

Kontinuum Cloth is an exploration in making new materials and digital fabrication methodologies for creating textile circuit boards. From synthesizing nylon threads, to creating nanoparticle pastes, to fabricating a textile-based plotter, this work is focused on the future of manufacturing soft wearable technologies.
